Reiki Healing

Reiki is an ancient healing modality that manipulates the energy flow within the body to promote physical and emotional healing. Reiki is a very slow modality, and is performed with the client fully clothed.

Your practitioner will place their hands directly on your body or hover above your body in order to clear blocked energy, move out negative energy from the body, and restore the body’s positive energy. Some people may not feel anything during their first session, but will leave with a release of stress, as well as a sense of deep relaxation. For others, Reiki sessions may be very profound and intense.

Nonetheless, people report this therapeutic energy work to be very effective in treating pain, insomnia, depression, and a large range of other physical, mental and emotional problems.

BodyMind Bridge is a self-healing modality that puts you safely in charge of the experience you have while in your deeper mind. This is the part of the mind that has information about what is needed for you to heal your symptoms.

    Phone/virtual appointments are reserved for those who do not live locally, or who cannot come to our location.

    I didn’t have any big expectations coming into my session but it was a mind blowing experience and I came away with new emotional connections. This session greatly exceeded my expectations! I have not had hypnotherapy before but this experience was comfortable, emotional and moving. As a first time experience, my goals were very general and I feel that they were met and I established new goals after my experience. After my session I felt a deeper connection to my past self and had a stronger sense of who I was on a philosophical level. During my session I cried a few times and while it was unexpected it felt natural and brought me deeper into the session. I also have used the slow breathing and relaxing first used in the session since then. I would recommend this therapy to others, if only to try and experience it for yourself. It has given me a new perspective on my past experiences and emotions, and I feel better off with that new perspective. I would return for more sessions for myself. I personally feel that my experience was made easier because I am a visual thinker, however that does not mean that none-visual thinkers are limited in their healing and experience. Sarah was very engaging with her questions and it helped me guide myself deeper regardless if I could visualize or not.

    I did not know what to expect. Sarah explained that the body can heal itself. That it is a question of focusing on your inner being rather than external distractions. I am very distracted. I also know that I carry all cares and concerns on my shoulders, particularly my right shoulder. When under stress, I tense all those muscles on my neck and shoulder, resulting in pain. That was the focus of our session. With Sarah’s help, she assisted in a visualization exercise which, by the end of the session, my right shoulder had relaxed and moved down to a more neutral position, releasing tension and pain. Over the subsequent days after, I remembered our exercise, brought my attention inward, and was able to release tension on my own. Sarah has a very soothing voice and is very in tune with her clients' needs. I would seek this treatment again.

    Our Policy


    It is recommended that services be scheduled online at least 24 hours in advance. Walk-ins will not be accepted. Same day appointments will be taken as time permits. Please check online scheduling or call for time availability.

    If coming in for a first time appointment, please plan on arriving approximately 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time in order to fill out new client paperwork. For your convenience, you may print these forms from our website, fill them out, and bring them to your appointment to lessen the time to 5-10 minutes prior.
